This notice is supplementary. It states only what is particular to this service. The general Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookies Policy and the other policies of the State apply in full, and this notice is read together with them.

A Commercial Service, Not an Administrative One
The Shop is the only Kaharagian service in this group where processing rests on a contract of sale rather than on a public function. The State is itself the seller. No personal data collected by the Shop is used for any administrative or register purpose.
What the Shop Holds
For each order: the customer's name, email address and telephone number; the billing address; the delivery address and the name of the recipient if different; the contents and value of the order in USD; the order reference; and the correspondence exchanged with support about it.
A customer may check out as a guest, or sign in with a Kaharagian identity account. Where an account is used, the Shop keeps the order history against it. Basket and session data is transient.
Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by the State. The Shop receives only a payment token, the card brand, the last four digits, the transaction identifiers, and any refund or chargeback record.
Delivery and Customs
To quote a rate and buy a label, the Shop passes the recipient's name, delivery address, telephone number and parcel details to its shipping provider and to the carrier selected.
For an international order the Shop must also transmit a customs declaration describing the contents, their value and their tariff classification. That declaration goes to the carrier and to the customs authority of the destination. The State cannot control what a destination authority does with it.
Retention
Order and payment records are kept for the period required for accounting, tax, customs and dispute purposes, which extends for several years beyond the transaction, and beyond the closure of any account.
Marketing
The Shop does not profile customers, does not retarget, and will not send marketing without a separate opt-in that can be withdrawn at any time. Order confirmations and delivery notices are not marketing.

The Seller
The seller is the State of the Kaharagians. Buying from the Shop is an ordinary commercial transaction with the State, and confers no status, office, appointment or standing of any kind.
Prices, Currency, and Formation of the Contract
Prices are set and charged in USD. Any conversion cost or foreign transaction fee imposed by your bank or card issuer is yours to bear.
The catalogue is an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when the State accepts, by dispatching the goods or by issuing a confirmation of acceptance, whichever comes first. Where a price or description is obviously wrong, the State may correct it, and cancel or refund the affected order.
Delivery, Duties and Risk
Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk passes on dispatch. Import duties, taxes and clearance charges at the destination are payable by the customer. The State is not the importer of record, does not offer customs brokerage, and is not responsible for goods held, returned or destroyed by a customs authority.
Returns and Refunds
Goods may be returned within fourteen days of receipt if unused, resalable, and in their original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's cost, unless the return is due to a defect, an error, or a non-conformity attributable to the State. Personalised or made-to-order items, sealed goods once unsealed, and digital items once delivered, are not returnable except where defective. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Insignia, Regalia and Official Marks
Owning an item bought from the Shop does not license the marks it carries. Goods may not be used, worn or displayed so as to suggest an official appointment, endorsement, membership or authority that has not been conferred. Where an item is associated with an honour, a rank or an office, purchase does not confer that honour, rank or office, and the item must not be worn or displayed as though it had been.
Goods may not be reproduced, copied for manufacture, or resold on a commercial scale without written authorisation.
Payment Misuse
Submitting payment details you are not entitled to use, or raising a chargeback in bad faith on goods received, is a misuse of the Shop and may be referred for action. Liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.
