The site is informational: it publishes material about the State, its Organs and its activities, and it receives enquiries through a public contact channel. It carries no accounts, no transactions, and no administrative functions of its own.
One point of scope should be noted. These Terms govern kaharagia.org. They do not govern the separate services of the State, each of which is reached at its own address, and each of which is governed by the general policies together with any supplement published for it.
